Story time from the Ötztal

Ötztal’s myth-enshrouded old legends may seem far removed from our everyday lives today, they are often fairly mystical and fantastic. And yet they give deep insights into premodern life and the fantasy world of Ötztal locals in earlier times. Throughout the summer, a storyteller will present a legend from Ötztal in our local heritage museum every Tuesday afternoon. The room of legends in the Memory Archive makes a perfect place for this “legend-ary hour” - you can visit it free of charge every week.

Exclusive and only for Inside Card holders

  • Narration of ancient, myth-enshrouded Ötztal legends by an actress
  • Free admission to Ötztal’s Local Heritage Museum and Memory Archives
