Follow the asphalt road in direction of Grube - turn left into the forest trail leading up to the Tumpen waterfall. Take the trail on the left towards Gehsteig Alm and Vordere Tumpener Alm as soon as you reach the last junction. The path on the right takes you to Armelen Hütte. From Tumpen you walk about 15 minutes to the small wooden platform at the waterfall. From there you have a beautiful view of Tumpen. Hikers can also continue into the summer months to the Armelen Hut or to the Vordere Tumpenalm.
