And a little pinch of love. The result are endless culinary highlights that make your taste buds dance - and your eyes shining brightly.
Here at our rustic Tirolean inn there is room for up to 200 hungry guests who are spoilt with multi-faceted, home-style cooking and international culinary classics. Accompanied by fine wines and strong schnapps. And if a jovial evening lasts until the small hours, you meet at our hotel bar. Our restaurant in Sölden is also barrier-free and has its own childrens playroom. Guests of our hotel in Sölden enjoy the wonderful cuisine of our restaurant in Ötztal twice a day thanks to our half board food arrangement.

The Siegerland Hütte The hut is high above the Windachtal in the Stubaier Alps on 2.710 metres and not far from the border to South Tyrol. It also has his own climbing garden. The hut was built in 1928/29 and opened in 1930. The owner is the DAV, section Siegerland. Every year the section renovates and renews the hut, which is very neat. The Siegerland Refuge is of course not the oldest hut and not the most comfortable one, but we are sure, it is one of the most beautiful huts in the Stubaier Alps. The hut extinguish with it’s simplicity- but please believe- the "Kaiserschmarrn" never tasted better than up in the mountains. The hut has 23 beds and 26 dorm mattresses.

The new restaurant AD VINUM stands for enjoyment, passion and home. We have dedicated ourselves entirely to the motto "regionality - seasonality - quality". That's why the AD VINUM only serves regional products - from our regional farmers, producers and hunters. This is what gourmet cuisine from the Ötztal mountains looks like to us. Tastefully arranged in up to five courses and served in the fine ambience of the new restaurant.
The chef and qualified sommelier Christoph Simonich serves fine wines from the hotel's own wine cellar and vinotheque to complement the dishes.
