DJ David Guetta performed live in Sölden and some 8,000 fans were almost in a state of emergency: with "Nothing but the beat" France's most popular music star electrified entire generations on scenic Rettenbach Glacier. Guetta showed his global party music instinct on the highest DJ turntables world-wide.
As a master of the turntables David Guetta's musical roots are quite easy to find: his remix versions of countless world hits took the classic radio stations by storm. The star DJ proved that the home of mighty house beats and driving basses is not only the scene clubs of Paris, this type of music also found its way to the global music business. Fascinating LED shows at nightfall accompanied by visual side beats offered an acoustic mélange of both optical and hypnotizing features thrilling every single concert fan. Thousands of visitors started to dance right at the beginning of the show as Monsieur Guetta himself appeared as party whip behind the turntables and on the scenic stage. The crowd was simply mesmerized by Guetta's music. His fans of all ages, ranging from really young people and techno lovers to grey haired veterans and wannabes, celebrated an incredible dance party. Even the snow-grooming machines followed the rhythm of his beats - reminding of the superb Hannibal Glacier Spectacle. David Guetta himself was so happy to be "in the middle of the mountains".
